It Ain't Over . . .The Saga Continues

I was really enjoying staying with JB this past week. He had cooked everyday and I was really beginning to get spoiled. “I could do this permanently, if you know what I mean”, I said to JB as I kissed his chest. Laying on him and playing with the hairs on his chest, at that moment we probably looked like the perfect couple. We were far from it.

JB killed the guy that shot Terry, or at least he would be dead soon. Through the grapevine, JB heard who tried to kill my brother. He somehow got their address and gave it to some dudes that were also cool with Terry, but these were straight killers. I didn’t care who the guys were, I only hoped that they had a shoot out and killed that muthafucka when they found him.

I’m glad he did that instead of going at it himself, I thought as I starred at the window and watched the sunlight start to peek in the room. Our legs were intertwined under the bed sheet in a web of love that I would have to soon break. Unfortunately, it was time for me to go to work. A week passed since I found the note in my car and I hadn’t slept right since. JB invited me to stay with him for the week, I was so afraid that I couldn’t refuse. It wasn’t permanent, but I was starting to wish it was.

“What you thinking about” JB interrupted my thoughts as he shifted and pulled me closer. We were still tangled like string.

“Just wondering who this person is and what’s going to happen next” I replied as I grabbed my cell phone from the nightstand to check the time. It was 6:22 am.

“Time for you to get up?” he asked as he jumped from the king size bed and threw on some boxers. I nodded in response as I studied his body. The muscles in his chest made me want to pull him back in the bed, but I had to get up. His body was like candy to me, I made a mental note to devour him later.
