Dedication
The bulk of the love emanating from this book, I dedicate to all children, especially my students. Their love is pure and from the heart, 1 John 4:8. I just wanted to tell them how much I love them and to say they have blessed me more than I can put into words.
I knew when my students surprised me with this one day; my life would never be the same, it would be better! They placed their love on the canvas of my heart forever. Children truly are a gift from heaven: Psalm 127:3-5

Searching…
I search for your love and guidance oh Lord, as the evil one and his dark ways build yet again
Sadness and despair build as a volcano builds to eruption. Satan is ever vigilant and always aware of my biggest weakness
I search yet again for guidance and protection by your word and your love.
I know you are all that is good and loving, yet the Devil will not let that doubt leave
Satan is terrified of your almighty power of righteousness and angers at the loss of another soul
You provide me with a shield of faith and your word. But as a soldier in your army, God, I am not yet fully trained in the use of your shielding protection
Grant me the courage and wisdom to live for you, the knowledge and discernment to recognize the enemy when he calls, and the strength to fight even when faced with overwhelming odds in order to keep me on the path you have set before me.
Use me to spread your message. My life is yours. Only you can educate and protect me against the darkness.
God is…
You touch the deepest reaches of my soul, know the deepest desires of my heart, and provide even the smallest of my needs
Teach me how to love as you love me, teach me to reach out in love and not be afraid
Your perfect love sustains me, conquers all, provides all needs, nourishes hunger, gives eternal life, and brings light and happiness to the deepest and darkest corners of my life
Faith in you brings light where there is darkness and joy where there is sorrow
Your faith gives me strength when I am weak, nourishes me when I am hungry, and supports me when I have fallen
Your love gives me the strength and courage to live when I had given up
You show me the inner beauty and trueness of someone’s heart when the world only shows the superficial façade
You have given me hope that there will be a life partner for me to love on earth when I had thought there would never be
You planned and knew my life even before I was born. Before I could even think, you sacrificed yourself for my sins.
You stood before the Father on my behalf and gave the gift of the Holy Spirit so that I may know you intimately and grow in your love
Even though we are not perfect, your love allows us a second chance. Your love allows us to make mistakes, yet you only ask for our faith, devotion and love. Of this I give to you unwaveringly for all eternity
When I make mistakes, can no longer stand on my own or no longer have the will to live, you give me hope, love and a purpose.
You pick me up, brush me off, support me in my time of need and offer your unwavering love and support
I praise you, worship you, love you and surrender my life to you.
You are my beginning, my present and future, my everything, my friend and my Lord Jesus Christ

The
Lord deeply blessed me when you became my friend, His love and faith
know no end
Friends like you are as unique as a rare jewel,
you are an inspiration and your kindness is without equal

Friend is someone who reaches for your hand, and touches your heart.
In you, God created a true work of art
A real friend is
someone who sticks closer than a brother, you are special like no
other
Through good and bad I will always be there for you, all you have to do is ask. No job is too small, no such thing as to big a task
Your faith and grace keep me going when I may doubt
All I have to do is look at your face and your smile, and God shows me what friendship is all about
When you read this I hope it makes you happy and not sad
To reach out in love for others is one of God’s Greatest Gifts

smile from someone special, that makes all your troubles fade away

► Knowing God Loves you
► Laughter from a friend, just because you made them happy
► The sparkle in a woman’s eye when you know she cares for you
► Spending time with someone special, never having said a word, and feeling it was the best time of your life
► The look in a child’s eye and smile on their face. The laughter of a child is a sweet gift sent directly from God
► Viewing a sunrise together with the one you love, praising God together for the creation of a new day
Overcome
As I walk gently in the light of your love, you give me the strength to overcome
When the enemy’s poison threatens to consume me, you save and support me
You give me this gift to break down the walls of the enemy and to give me strength and happiness
It is by your love that I shed my past life and am overjoyed to be born again
You tell me do not be afraid to let my heart speak, or to let love into my life
Everyday you teach me how to love others as you love me
I know that with faith, all will be forgiven and made whole again
All will be rebuilt and fortified in the new life you have given me
You reassure me the enemy will no longer have power over my life and two will worship in partnership, together in love and life for you
For with you Lord Jesus, nothing is impossible, I will overcome
Bring Me Closer
Bring me closer to you sweet Jesus
Jesus you are my savior and king
More powerful than anything
Your faith and comfort will always endure
While I am loving you even more
When darkness tries to consume me
You support and fulfill me
You give me hope and your perfect plan
When all I could see was a painful end
